You get a plain report and a prioritised list of fixes.

Being on a blacklist
Blacklists are lists of IP addresses and domains seen sending spam; many mail servers check them. A listing can come from your own sending, or from another customer on the same shared server. Each list has its own delisting process; we identify the cause first, because delisting without fixing it only lasts until the next listing.
