We install a mail system for your website enquiries on your own server. Each enquiry becomes a conversation your team can see, answer and close. You reply by email, the customer answers from their own mailbox, and the reply lands back in the same conversation.

What you need
- Hosting
- PHP 8.1 or newer, MariaDB 10.4+ or MySQL 8, and an SSL certificate. Most cPanel hosting is fine.
- Email sending
- A Mailgun account in your company's name. We help you open it.
- Access
- Temporary access to your hosting and DNS during the installation. You can remove it when we're done.
This isn't email hosting.
The mail system handles the enquiries that come through your website. It doesn't host your company's mailboxes: your @company.com email stays with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or your current provider.
Licence and price
You pay once and receive a licence to use the mail system for your own organisation, on the domains named in your quote, with no end date. The licence doesn't allow reselling or sharing it. Full terms are in the terms of service.
The price depends on your setup: how many websites and team members, your branding and how your email is set up. We check your website and talk through your setup first, free, then send you one fixed price in writing. You pay once, without a subscription.
