About the price
Why is there no price list?
Because the work depends on your website. A single contact form on a standard WordPress site is quick; several forms, several websites, a site built in an unusual way, a second language or custom fields take longer. Checking first means you pay for what your website needs, and the price in your quote doesn't change once you accept it.
Does the check cost anything?
No. The check is free and there's no obligation. If you decide not to go ahead, you keep our notes on what we found.
What else will I pay for?
Only your own running costs: your hosting, which you already have, and your email-sending account with Mailgun, which has a free or low-cost plan at typical enquiry volumes. Nothing is paid to us after the installation.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or card, as set out in your quote. Prices are in UAE dirhams and exclude 5% VAT; UAE customers receive a tax invoice.
What if I want changes later?
Faults in our installation are fixed free for 30 days. After that, or for new features, a move to another server or a redesign, we quote the work separately. You're never obliged to use us again.
Do you offer both together?
Yes. The mail system already includes form protection for one website. For more websites, ask for a combined quote.
