We’re a Dubai company working with businesses across the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the northern emirates) and the wider GCC, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain. Because email, servers, DNS and security can all be managed securely online, we also work remotely with businesses anywhere in the world, in English and Arabic.
Common questions
What does a free check include?
We look at your website’s forms, your domain’s email setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX records) and its blacklist status, or at whatever you’re worried about. Then we explain in plain words what we found and send a fixed price to fix it. There’s no obligation.
How do you price your services?
After the free check you receive a fixed, written price for the agreed work. Setups, fixes, migrations and development are one-time prices. Only services that are ongoing by nature, such as monitoring or backup storage, have a recurring cost, and we tell you that up front.
Do you work with businesses outside Dubai?
Yes. We’re based in Dubai and work with businesses across the UAE and the GCC, and remotely with businesses anywhere: almost everything we do is done securely online.
Do we need to change our email provider or host?
Usually not. We work with what you have (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, cPanel hosting, your own servers, Cloudflare and others) and only recommend a change when it clearly helps.
How quickly can you start?
The free check usually happens within one business day. Most setups and fixes are completed within days; migrations and custom development follow an agreed plan.
Will you need access to our systems?
For most work, yes: admin access to the relevant service, DNS or server. We use named accounts where possible, keep access only for the job, and follow our data processing agreement. For audits, many checks need no access at all.
